1. About the service
QuoteBuddy is a South African platform that connects customers with approved service providers. We facilitate the introduction; the underlying service is delivered by the vendor.
2. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in your quote requests and to communicate respectfully with vendors. Any agreements you enter into with vendors are between you and the vendor.
3. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors must be licensed and insured where required by South African law, honour their quotes in good faith, and comply with the Consumer Protection Act.
4. Pricing
All quotes are provided in South African Rand (ZAR). Vendor pricing is determined by vendors, not by QuoteBuddy.
5. Limitation of liability
QuoteBuddy is not liable for the quality of services delivered by vendors. We do our best to verify vendors before approving them on the platform.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
