A vetted contractor network, already in place
PropertyCare plugs into the existing QuoteBuddy contractor marketplace. Approved maintenance requests are distributed to up to five eligible vetted contractors covering the property's area and required trade.

- Document status and relevant expiry dates
Compliance vault
Where applicable, PropertyCare keeps records of company registration information, insurance documentation, trade registrations and accreditations, job-relevant certificates, expiry dates and QuoteBuddy verification status.
Important
QuoteBuddy vendor vetting is not proof that a contractor meets every legal or trade requirement for a specific project. Project-specific licences, compliance certificates and permits should still be requested and verified before work begins.
